Couldn't be happier with the service from this tour company, what a great experience we had for the last two weeks, This trip was planned last year but due to health reason it was put off, The company worked with us rearrange the new date and honoring the same quotes. The tourist guide and the driver were extremely accommodating and professional, all our transfers were seemless and we had a great time. This trip’s experience will stay with us for life time! Alican, from the local travel expert, was very accomodating and friendly in his service. On the first day in Turkey, it snowed unexpectedly, he kindly lent his jacket for us to use, this was highly appreciated. Alican went out of his way to ensure that the hotel check-in and check-out process was smooth and without any issues. Alican and Selcuk, are always earlier to arrive at the stated time. They recommended food places where locals go and are not tourist traps. The agency needs to be more sensitive to the selection of hotels as some hotels are not in a good location for night time sleep. Overall, our trip was well-planned and we were invited to Selcuk's home for a Turkish home-cooked lunch with their family and friends, this is a very kind and appreciated gesture. Alican and Selcuk put the welfare of guests as their top priority and we would be happy to travel with them in the future.

We had a great time and enjoyed this tour seeing the many beautiful natural landscapes of Turkey especially in Pamukkale and Cappadocia, not to mention the awesome historic sites and underground cities and of course, the super Goreme open air museum. Istanbul is a great city with its many bazaars and historical sites and mosques. Loved the Bhosporous dinner cruise and dinner especially the many entertainments. Our tour guide Ege, is the best there is, very caring, sweet and certainly knowledgeable about his splendid country. Thanks a lot Ege for sharing with us such wealth of information. More power to you beloved son of Ataturk. We are so glad we finally did this tour which we've postponed few times. Vibrant Istanbul is one great city we would not hesitate to visit again someday.
