All of the staff we met at different points on our travels had similar 5* experiences of the company - none had anything but praise for this company. As it was our anniversary trip, one extra that stood out was the complimentary bottle of very nice wine we received in our cabin on the Halong Bay cruise and surprise romantic dinner.
