Sadef was our main contact for the tour. He was in touch with us constantly also trying his best to accommodate our last minute requests. Sadef was also thorough in terms of booking and pre trip instructions. The tours were also done in small group setting, we got to meet different people from different parts of the world, the your leaders were also experienced, knowledgeable and easy going.
Well-planned and accommodating Alican, from the local travel expert, was very accomodating and friendly in his service. On the first day in Turkey, it snowed unexpectedly, he kindly lent his jacket for us to use, this was highly appreciated. Alican went out of his way to ensure that the hotel check-in and check-out process was smooth and without any issues. Alican and Selcuk, are always earlier to arrive at the stated time. They recommended food places where locals go and are not tourist traps. The agency needs to be more sensitive to the selection of hotels as some hotels are not in a good location for night time sleep. Overall, our trip was well-planned and we were invited to Selcuk's home for a Turkish home-cooked lunch with their family and friends, this is a very kind and appreciated gesture. Alican and Selcuk put the welfare of guests as their top priority and we would be happy to travel with them in the future.
Turkeye - landscapes, history and modernity Wonderful vibrant city of Istanbul with a blend of European and Asian culture. Very tourist friendly with excellent city transport system. The Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hippodrome and Grand Bazaar were all easily accessible from the hotel. One must see Dolmabahce Palace. Cappadocia with its chimney spires are worth seeing. The well preserved Kaymakli village was interesting. Ephesus and Pamukkale are not to be missed. Reading a bit of history prior to your visit is helpful. At least three days in Istanbul if not more. The hotels, airport transfers and all the tours were very well organized.
