Thoroughly enjoyed our 14 day tour of Vietnam. The accommodations, sites visited and guides were outstanding. Very impressed with how well choreographed the tour was. At each change in location the guide met you as soon as you got off the plane or bus. I can’t say enough how great each guide was. They all spoke fluent English and were very knowledgeable in explaining details of each site visited.

A quality service and an impressive reactivity! Coming to Vietnam for the first time, with my husband we wanted to discover the country and to be supervised. Very reassured by the agency we could enjoy a cultural tour with walks in different temples but also more unusual activities like cooking classes or visit of a candy and lacquered objects factory. Thanks to the whole team for his great availability and his help on the administrative part, even before the trip.

Lucas was absolutely awesome. He was incredibly down to earth and went out of his way to make us feel at home. From the first day, we were made to feel welcome, secure and looked after at every part of the day and the communication between our guide and our group was top tier. We were always given a clear itinerary and plan for the next day, which was then laid out in the group chat. Our guide was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and so much fun that is made it feel as though they were one of the group, not just our guide. They enabled us to feel relaxed which meant that we could get to know each other and truly enjoy the surroundings. Lucas was great when it came to providing options for free time, catering for all the various needs and tastes of the group and making sure that everyone had options to choose from. This was my second tour, and my first with this travel specialist, and whilst my last guide was brilliant Lucas has truly set the bar for the quality. He’s an asset to the agency and I hope we can meet again! Cheers Captain
