An absolutely incredible trip in Japan, especially with Zoe as our group leader. Throughout the trip we had lots of activities planned by Intro which was great as we didn't have to worry about missing out on anything. Also we had enough free time to be able to explore and do our own thing as well. Going from the crazy cities into the quiet mountains within a few hours was amazing and very needed at times. Zoe was super fun from the first interaction and was brilliant throughout the entire trip. She ensured we have had good recommendations in every location for food and activities and even organised a bowling evening for one of the free evenings. Felt like we were experiencing Japan with a very well organised friend which was just what we needed! The trip in general was really well planned and getting from place to place was made very easy with Zoe :) thanks for making it a trip of a life time!

It is the second time that I have taken a tour from the Intro Travel agency, I can only say that the group leaders have a very important part in the customer experience. On the first tour I took to Thailand, the group leader Ben left me with such a good experience that I did not hesitate to book a second tour and this time to Japan. Once again I got one of the best group leaders who make your experience 3k times better. Gemma is fun, intelligent, sensitive, capable of setting limits and at the same time bringing fun in a big way; an extraordinary woman. Thank you for taking care of us and at the same time having so much fun!!!!

This is a really good tour. Starting in Kyoto where you visit a number of temples, then moving through the countryside to various locations, then to Hiroshima and finally to Tokyo for the modern part of the tour. By the end you get a really good sense of what Japan is. The group leader, Gary was excellent! With a few small tweaks with regards to some of the accommodation I'd have given 5 stars.
