I am on my way home after the Japan Experience and it was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! This was my first solo trip abroad and it was fantastic. Intro are so well organised, the app was brilliant my phone didn;t work once I got out of the airport; but I had saved the instructions and managed to navigate Tokyo on my own with just those! 10/10 Intro. Also any time I emailed them they where excellent in there responses very helpful and over the phone too. My tour leader was Anna J and I cannot say enough good things about her, she was knowledgeable, helpful, hilariously funny and the best leader I could have asked for. Also bowling and connect 4 CHAMPION! I have already booked a deposit for another trip and cannot wait! I had booked this purely based on recommendations from a friend who has been on Intros trips before and I would and will recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a stress free trip! I felt safe and looked after at all times. The experiences and activities where absolutely top notch! From the onsens in Nagano to the snow monkey park I laughed every single day to the point of stomach aches some times and have made some wonderful friends! The balance of free time and activities I felt was perfect, and the travelling although it hard going was absolutely manageable (20/30K steps a day) just be prepared to sleep very well! ‚ The accommodation at every stop was excellent, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, towels anything I needed! Never once felt like a hostel in the way people think of them, definitely more hotel style! Overall if you are a solo traveller, family, couple or friends I would say you will not be disappointed Intro is excellent! Cannot wait to go again! Hopefully with Anna J 10/10!

I have been on two completely different intro tours now and I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of travelling. just completed the Japan adventure and what an incredible two weeks these guys have managed to put together. so many different stops that are just so effortless for you because of your amazing group leader. Will be back for another tour in the future. if anyone has Michelle or Vitor as their group leader, you have lucked out! ’ µ

We loved this tour! We had wanted to visit Japan for years, and this was everything we'd hoped for. Loved the Japanese design ethos, which permeated everything. The contrast between rural Japan and Tokyo was huge, yet the underlying culture was a stratum running through it all. Touring round Tokyo by train and metro may look off-putting at first (the crowds!!!) but it's actually quite easy once you get the hang of it. We thought this trip would be a once-in-a-lifetime event: I can now say with confidence that it will not be!
