We got to see everything we expected and more, our guide really took care of us and our needs, it was a good introduction tour to Europe, now we have a better insight of places we would love to re visit in the future and spend more time their. Highly recommend Our drive was fantastic really went out of his way to look after us and also our guide made us all feel like a family member and brought the group together to have a fantastic experience, well done will definitely recommend and hopefully use this company again. The driver and hotel were great. Would have been nice if it had been closer to the meeting spots of my tour all of them were about a 45 min walk from my hotel. The tour guides were very knowledgeable but the tours were all too rushed I didn't have time to look at the gardens at any of the castle because it was so tight on time. It felt like a lot of rooms were missed in the louvre and at the castle because of the time. Would have liked if the tour guides had worked to create a camrotery among the group members.
Thanks to Kevin and Florentin our trip around Europe was perfect. The entire experience was amazing! Kevin went above and beyond for all of us. He was the perfect host. Florentin is an amazing driver. He moved the bus around through what seemed to me impossible lanes and parking. I felt safe through the whole trip because of the skill and professionalism of these two men.
