I have few things to express regarding the recent experience about trips with this tour operator. The time allotted to the important destination ( Eiffel Tower, Pisa Tower etc) was very little. For Eiffel Tower only 15 - 20 minutes for sight seeing and capturing photos. For Pisa Tower only 45 minutes was given to explore things. Lunch break was not enough only 45 minutes, we have to rush to finish our lunch and bathroom privileges. Most of the walking tour was in the afternoon (feel hotter) even though it was in the summer, it will be better when they planned to do the tour in the evening to make it comfortable for everyone. It was overall nice experience for us but it will be better if the team leader had organized in the nice manner. Sometimes it feel like we are in the military camp. I feel like they give more important for optional tour than regular site seeing. Thanks

Our guide Machele and back up driver Andy really looked after us , Michela went the extra mile with the history of Italy 🇮🇹 and Venice the best price wise restaurant , though the weather was extremely hot , looking forward to next year to come back again , thank you Exodus for a awesome holiday . The EH was fast-paced and action-packed tour which allowed us to see incredibly lots and ticked off many in our bucket list in the shortest time possible. Our tour leader Gustavo and drivers Alex and Shangi (apology for not quite know the spelling) were excellent and went above and beyond their duties to ensure we saw as much as possible and had the best experience. I also love the fact that we got to meet people from all over the world and forged many new friendships. The included meals were good and allowed us to sample local delicacies, with some restaurants being a destination by itself (eg the 1e Klas restaurant in Amsterdam). With its competitive price, I would recommend this tour to anyone (esp those who have not been to Europe before) without reservations. By the way, I would also like to give a special shout-out to Cameron (onboarding coordinator) for assisting me with my questions etc months before the tour. Keep in up the good job!
