We used the tour operator recently for a somewhat customized trip to Patagonia. We started with their 15 day Patagonia tour and made modifications with our agent there Constance. She was good at listening to what we wanted and making suggestions. We stayed at the top hotels and almost every one had a pool and spa which was great after a full day of sightseeing. In hindsight we would have stayed one night longer (in Puerto Varas) because we had two very long travel days one after the other. Other than that we enjoyed the freedom of joining tours with many people from many countries yet not traveling with a group. Constance had someone meet us at every airport / bus terminal / hotel and they took care of us in that location. It was a real pleasure to always see someone with a sign with our name on it.

Patagonian Highlights

We decided on Patagonia as Sandy had been there 11 years ago and had trekked around most of the Torres Del Paine. Things had changed - the roads were all (mostly) completed and the villages and towns had expanded. The highlights had not changed and we were fortunate to have good weather throughout all the walks. The road journeys were long and dusty but an essential part of conveying the scale and size of the Patagonian Steppe. The reward of arriving at the Torres del Paine and Ushuaia erased the discomfort of the journey! Overall we were hugely impressed by the organisation and the leadership.

The trip was fabulous!

Dear Marcela, I decided to travel with you because of your promptness in response, ease of working, good customer service and a good price. Seamless experience - everything was flawless and we did not have to worry. My favorite hotel is Don Los Cerros at El Chalten - very nice hotel, luxurious, superb location and views, spa - hot tub, good service. The best excursion was to Laguna De los tres - amazing trek up - difficult but exhilarating - worth the effort once we reached the top. The trip was fabulous!
