This I was our first trip to Europe and I can't express how incredible this journey was. The ""EU package exceeded all my expectations. The tour highlights were numerous, from exploring the historic streets of Rome to witnessing the stunning beauty of the Swiss Alps and standing in awe of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. But what truly made this trip exceptional were the crew and their attention to detail in making sure that all of our comforts for taken care of. Accommodations were comfortable and well-located, and the logistics were seamless. Our tour leader Firo was not only knowledgeable but also passionate about the places we visited, making every city come alive with history and culture. The group dynamics were fantastic and Firo made sure we all interacted and be understanding of each other. I made friends for life. The tour leader Firo and Allessandro (coach driver) were absolute gems. Their expertise and enthusiasm were infectious, and they always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Considering the breadth of experiences and the quality of service, I believe this tour offered excellent value for money. Had my doubts about a coach trip before I left but, I had a fantastic time. Very lucky with the group I was with, especially our guide, Caroline! The coach was comfortable but there is a lot of travelling and it majorly cuts into time spent in some amazing places, especially Amsterdam - we could have done so much more there if we got to the city earlier, the hotel was closer to the city, and we had some free time! That aside, it was a fun trip and have no regrets about doing it.
This was my second trip with the tour operator, and won't be my last :) The entire journey was truly an incredible adventure, made even better by our guide, driver, beautiful weather, and lovely group of fellow travelers! Our guide Pedro was extremely knowledgeable over cultures, customs, and cuisines. He truly cares about creating a memorable holiday environment for our entire family of passengers. His kindness was evident towards each individual, and surely made everyone's experience with the tour operator a most positive one!
