Our favorite hotel was Arena Ipanema in Rio. Great location, excellent room and service. Least favorite was La Cantera in Iguasu Falls. Huge room but no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Staff were great but no room service and we had some noise from surrounding rooms. I think the 2 day at Iguasu Falls was our favorite tour. Just seeing the magnitude of the falls and being able to get so close to them was amazing. Favorite memory (and photo) was at Ipanema Beach and the Christ Redeemer statue.

We had a great time in Patagonia. The assistance we received from Patricio was always timely and helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions and went out of his way to make sure we understood what we could expect. We learned about Say Hueque by searching the internet and reading travelers reviews. The highlight of the trip for us was the day trip to the Prieto Moreno Glacier. Thanks again for helping us make this a great memory to see your beautiful part of the world.
