This is a packed, full on tour that provides something for everyone to experience Vietnam and Cambodia. There is a real variety of activities, from a cooking course in Hoi An to a visit to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh in Hanoi. It is city based. The cities are busy and bustling, which can be a shock to the system to start with. Once you get used to how the traffic works with all the scooters on the road, it becomes exciting and exhilarating. The local people in both Vietnam and Cambodia are friendly and welcoming. We didnt once feel threatened and there is little in the way of being hassled to buy things. Hanoi and Saigon are very different cities, but there is so much to see and do in both of them. Not to mention the history in both cities. Hoi An is wonderful. Very much set up for tourists, but special with the lanterns in the streets and on the river. We also loved Siem Reap. Different again, quite a party city. There are a lot of early mornings, but we didnt mind because it meant we got to experience so many different things by getting up & making the most of every day.
The only problem I saw was the time in Phan Rang. I think we could just skip this city and stay one more day at Hoi An and Ho Chi Ming. Those cities are amazing, but the time there where too short. Meanwhile, Phan Rang is a beautiful beach, but Vietnam is too close to Thailand (that has better beaches), so I believe that anyone that really wants to go to the beach could just book a flight there after the Vietnam and Camboja trip.
Trustworthy, Custom Trips, Prompt Response times Our guide was so kind and responded so quickly. We came up with a custom trip to Vietnam that fit within my budget. I was very excited with our plans but life circumstances forced me to cancel the trip 6 months in advance. She was so understanding and promptly refunded my deposit with no fees. It felt so good to know I had chosen such a trustworthy company to book my trip with. I will be going to Vietnam. And I will be using the comapy. Thank you!
