Friendly and good price also valued to join. The floating restaurant is one of the best in Cambodia to have sunset view. The food serving by the restaurant was good. The air conditioned van was old but still good to transport its customers.
I just finished the 10-day Cambodia trip with Theresa and a small-ish group of 10 people, and had the absolute best time!! The trip itinerary showcased so much of Cambodia - from history, development and nightlife in the hubs of Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, to regional life in Kampot and traditional villages. Learning about the Khmer Rouge and Cambodia s colonial history was often harrowing, but it was presented sensitively and largely first-hand from survivors and descendants. Everyone took a lot away from these experiences and it really enhanced our understanding of the region. The accommodation was fantastic throughout. From hotels to hostels and bungalows, all were clean, air conditioned and well maintained. We spent at least two nights in each spot, which helped us feel settled and really take in the character of each location. The trip was fast-paced and packed with a range of activities - from nightlife to history and cultural, through to more physical ones like kayaking. As a whole, the trip was incredibly scenic, keeping the photographers in our group VERY busy (myself included)! Even the busiest days were balanced with a reasonable amount of downtime, giving us the choice of exploring further on our own (with recommendations for every area) or just hanging out around the accomodation. This, and the pool / beach at each accomodation site was much appreciated with temperatures in the high 30s every day (late March). Tea was a fantastic leader, building great connections with each individual in the group, joining in with our team s shenanigans, and always making sure everyone felt supported in all aspects of their trip. Overall, an amazing trip that I d easily recommend to anyone - just wish it was a little longer! ¤
A fantastic insight into this wonder country of vast contrasts. The people are warm and friendly. The towns and cities are vibrant while the countryside is quiet and tranquil - time for reflection and contemplation. The trip is extremely well organised and the staff we encountered were helpful, friendly and very supportive.
