This is a packed, full on tour that provides something for everyone to experience Vietnam and Cambodia. There is a real variety of activities, from a cooking course in Hoi An to a visit to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh in Hanoi. It is city based. The cities are busy and bustling, which can be a shock to the system to start with. Once you get used to how the traffic works with all the scooters on the road, it becomes exciting and exhilarating. The local people in both Vietnam and Cambodia are friendly and welcoming. We didnt once feel threatened and there is little in the way of being hassled to buy things. Hanoi and Saigon are very different cities, but there is so much to see and do in both of them. Not to mention the history in both cities. Hoi An is wonderful. Very much set up for tourists, but special with the lanterns in the streets and on the river. We also loved Siem Reap. Different again, quite a party city. There are a lot of early mornings, but we didnt mind because it meant we got to experience so many different things by getting up & making the most of every day.
Just arrived home after our long vacation, and now have the time to say thank you. How fantastic the experience was! The travel agency did such a fantastic job that we're all satisfied. It was a very varied trip with lots of interesting activities and my family had a great moment of bonding. Besides, how surprised we were by the beauty of nature and the diversity of different cultures. Nothing to complain about at all. These were 17 happy days for us <3
Ive just finished the 10 Day tour of Cambodia. Ive had the best time in this beautiful country. Sokha was our group leader and he made this experience incredibly special. He was so lovely and gave us an insight into his country. It wouldnt have been the same without him!
