William, Antia, and Andrea were all very good guides. We also had 2 other local guides that were a wealth of knowledge. The Amsterdam Ibis Hotel was decent. Most of the staff was helpful, there was a fitness center but there should have been water provided, and the breakfast wasn’t bad. The Novotel d’italie hotel was better but there was no fitness center. The staff was all very helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spacious. Logistically the tour is not what I expected with 1-4 tour buses of people; 100+ people. At times it felt more like a high school trip than an adult tour.

This was our first group travel expedition and it did not disappoint. We had been looking at this trip for a number of years through another tour company but we went with Exodus because of the supporting camping option which the other company did not offer (and a benefit that we thoroughly enjoyed). We found the entire experience to be very positive, professional and well organized with just the right amount of flexibility so that we didn't feel like we were micro-managed. Our mountain guide was experienced and did a very good job of watching over the group while allowing us to go at our own pace (within reason). The camp support leader was funny, helpful, and a fantastic cook. The near-perfect weather and jaw dropping views obviously played a big part in how much we enjoyed this trip but I definitely think that the quality of this trip was above the pack.

Our trip on the TMB was the most amazing trip. Besides the fact we had beautiful weather, our overnight accommodations were excellent. The food provided was very good, and the maps were totally helpful. Bob and Sean were so helpful when we had one of our group who needed a day off with sore knees. It was great to get to know them as they checked on us 2 or 3 times and were very helpful. People at the hotels were also helpful. Our bags all arrived at the right locations. It could not have been better, it was hard, but worth all of the effort and Walkers Britain’s help in planning and supporting us was excellent. Thank you!
