I had so much fun!!!! I enjoyed learning the history of all of the places and trying new food. I adored the tour guide as he helped so much and had amazing planning skills. Not the mention the amazing driver. I recommend to everyone!
Like a previous reviewer I found this much harder that Toubkal or EBC. The walks seem to be up all morning and down in the afternoon. Some of the downs were very hard on the Knees. Despite this the effort was well rewarded with the stunning scenary. Having to put your tent away before brerakfast required some effort, specially if you didn't master the technique. Camp meals were always filling, and never went hungary. Although breakfast did get a bit repetitive. The group van always contained a cold beer at the end of the day, which was very welcome. I hired my sleeping bag and matt from exodus and the bag was nice and warm, but maybe the matts could have been a bit thicker. Really felt the rocks some nights. Would bring my own next time
A fantastic way to spend a week. Not easy but very rewarding, especially at my age.the ascents were steady and the views fantastic, but the descents were relentless so some training pays dividends. The accommodation was good as was the food. Our guide was superb having to cope with people who walk at different paces is not easy,as everybody has to be kept as safe as possible .Finally the people in the group were fantastic ,very supportive, willing to share food and medical supplies and the evenings were a riot of humour .Cannot wait to go on another trip.
