Wonderful week doing the TMB rambler tour. Our guide Virginie was exceptional. Some of the accommodation was basic but I was expecting that. The food was very good and Virginie prepared lovely packed lunches.

Our trip included a half dozen of the major chateaux and recommended lunchtime stops for authentic French meals. Hotels were all good although the Blois one was on opposite side of town from bike depot.

The Tour of Mont Blanc highlights proved to be an excellent holiday for myself and my wife. The scenery, the walks, the weather and the supporting people from the tour company were all brilliant.
