William, Antia, and Andrea were all very good guides. We also had 2 other local guides that were a wealth of knowledge. The Amsterdam Ibis Hotel was decent. Most of the staff was helpful, there was a fitness center but there should have been water provided, and the breakfast wasn’t bad. The Novotel d’italie hotel was better but there was no fitness center. The staff was all very helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spacious. Logistically the tour is not what I expected with 1-4 tour buses of people; 100+ people. At times it felt more like a high school trip than an adult tour.
Beautiful week in the Alps! I booked this trip last minute to join my mum and cousin and I have no regrets! It was an amazing week of trekking in the most glorious scenery, with an utterly lovely bunch of people. I spent lots of time in the Alps as a child, so this trip was not only nostalgic but also brought me to brand-new places. It was definitely a challenging week but in the best way possible. We were very lucky to have Mariá as our guide, he was generous, kind and patient with us all, sharing his extensive knowledge of the mountains, ecology and wildlife along the way and making us all feel part of the team. The accommodation and food were amazing, despite my awkward dietary requirements, each hotel was a delight in its own way and offered far more comfort than I was expecting. I left the week feeling heart-full and accomplished. What more could you ask for. I highly recommend this trip!
This was our second touring experience with this operator and we were not disappointed. Alex our tour guide was delightful. She was friendly, relaxed, funny and made the tour very interesting. She gave us a fabulous insight into the history of the city as well as showing us a little of the real Paris away from the hustle and bustle. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.
