William, Antia, and Andrea were all very good guides. We also had 2 other local guides that were a wealth of knowledge. The Amsterdam Ibis Hotel was decent. Most of the staff was helpful, there was a fitness center but there should have been water provided, and the breakfast wasn’t bad. The Novotel d’italie hotel was better but there was no fitness center. The staff was all very helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spacious. Logistically the tour is not what I expected with 1-4 tour buses of people; 100+ people. At times it felt more like a high school trip than an adult tour.

The tour as for myself is very enjoyable,seeing places which i havent gone yet, comfortable coach with good driver.added to it is our super tour manager very tolerant to our group..funny with unending stories ..very caring woman..Andjela..

This is my second tour with expat and it was as good as the first tour and I'm sure many more in the future. I had a great time. Our tour leader Karina was fun and made our trip memorable and enjoyable. I especially like the games on the bus. Our driver Steven was excellent and helpful, always has a smile even after the long drive. I really like the Alpenrose hotel, very nice staff, nice food, and a beautiful garden. Special mention to the outstanding young man who greeted us at the door, very friendly, who help us carry our luggage. All of the hotels we stayed in were nice with good breakfast. Excellent tour and would fully recommend.
