Antonio was absolutely amazing. I could not ask for a better guide, he really made the entire experience for all. However I had contacted the team through the website several times with questions before i went away and the information was all incorrect. Antonio tried to help where he could but the mis-information from the contact team really spoilt the start of my trip and affected the experience i had in the first few cities. For Antonio i would give 10 stars if i could but due to the fact that the help desk told me wrong information I can't give Expat 5 stars.

I loved this trip. I'm from South Africa and one of the best parts was the Swiss Alps. Luckily there wasn't anything that was a culture shock, it was just great to be amongst a young group of people all keen to travel and explore the world. This trip is great value for the amount of money spent (Although my trip was France to Amsterdam, we bypassed the UK bit). An additional thing that has to be said is the manner in which a difficult situation was handled, our trip was due to start a few days after the Paris attack (the gun shooting at the concert). Top Deck handled the situation so well, they immediately changed the itinerary so that we took a train to Amsterdam that evening as our safety was the first concern. I applaud them for such quick thinking and speedy organisation to make sure we were taken care of.

Pete is an excellent tour leader- the BEST ...his knowledge he so gladly share is awesome. He engaged with everyone on the coach. We appreciated it ! He makes plans to accommodate everyone and that is a difficult task ! Silvian is an excellent driver and we felt safe. He helped where he could if the group needed anything.....a person with great values.
