This trip was absolutely fantastic. It's a very busy and fast paced tour. There's lots to see and quite a bit of walking involved. We were more than happy to do a majority of the optional experiences however be warned that this means more walking. Jared, our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and Florentine, our driver was fantastic! There's lots of early starts so ensure that you're organised. Make sure you keep up to speed with the daily run sheet - this will give you information about what time to be at the bus, the activities for the day and information about meals. We would definitely do this trip again - we loved it!

Every aspect of this trip was excellent. The Magnifique 2 barge was not too big, not too small and it was tastefully decorated and furnished. The staff provided excellent service, we wanted for nothing. The chef prepared high class meals with a lot of variety. The bikes were in good working condition and suitable for bike touring. We enjoyed the scenery and cycling routes, but not the headwinds! Our cycling guides were engaging, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It was lovely to meet other like minded people on the boat.

Good trip, lots to see and explore. The end seemed a bit rushed however with a few hours only to explore before moving on. It was a full day travel almost (unavoidable) but then it's a few hours, everything closes and it's bed time, get up tomorrow and do it all again. More time in some places would of been better, I do realise this is difficult with travel time
