Every aspect of this trip was excellent. The Magnifique 2 barge was not too big, not too small and it was tastefully decorated and furnished. The staff provided excellent service, we wanted for nothing. The chef prepared high class meals with a lot of variety. The bikes were in good working condition and suitable for bike touring. We enjoyed the scenery and cycling routes, but not the headwinds! Our cycling guides were engaging, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It was lovely to meet other like minded people on the boat.

Good bikes. Reasonable travel directions which we fairly quickly got familiar with but could not get the app to work. Beautiful countryside and scenery and a good route with comfortable accommodation. Baggage delivered efficiently.

The stops were very interesting and well thought out and planned. The tour leader was amazing, and made everyone feel included and welcome. The driver was superb! Always friendly and always helpful, with extremely good driving skills- we always felt safe.
