I;ve done 2 tours with Intro: the bali intro 12 day tour and the japan 13 day tour. Both incredible, such lovely tour guides on both trips. The tours are very structured and you get a great experience of the cultures of the destinations. Would highly recommend intro to solo traveller who are traveling for the first time. It such an easy process and as someone who was nervous to travel alone, intro was the perfect option.

I did the Bali experience tour with Rizky and I can genuinely say it has been the best experience of my life so far! I would love to come back in the future. Bali is so incredibly beautiful and booking with this travel specialist allows you to experience all the beauty Bali has to offer with the ease and expertise of the Travel Ninjas. Rizky was absolutely amazing. He is on hand 24/7 and genuinely loves his job and cares about his guests, ensuring we have an amazing time. He was so incredibly kind and enthusiastic. I loved how in each place he gave us so many activity/ restaurant recommendations and would always provide us with local knowledge and insight which just made our trip that little bit more special. I would 100% book another tour with them and if I return to Bali I would request Rizky as my tour guide again! :)

7.holiday is absolutely amazing for anyone to plan their trip to Bali. We really enjoyed our holidays with them - the guides are good, the itinerary is well thought out and hotels are great located. Especially I liked the Ubud day tour with our guide. He did his job perfectly. Wish we had more time to stay in Bali.
