I recently went on an incredible travel tour organized by Intro Travel - Bali 12 Day Experience, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. From start to finish, every moment of the tour was filled with excitement, discovery, and pure enjoyment. Our fantastic group leader, Nick Whaley, was not only informative but also effortlessly balanced professionalism with friendliness, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire trip. With Nick encouragement and the support of my fellow group friends, I was able to conquer my first snorkeling experience”an unforgettable moment! The itinerary was well-crafted, offering a perfect blend of landmarks and hidden gems. Every day brought new surprises and unique cultural experiences. The accommodations exceeded my expectations. My absolute favorite was Trawangan Dive Centre hotel on Gili Island. Its beachside location was a dream come true, and the attentive staff always wore warm smiles, ready to assist in any way. If youre looking for a peaceful escape in paradise, TDC is the perfect choice. Cant wait to return! One of the highlights of the tour was the delicious cuisine we savored. Our cooking class with Puspa was a culinary journey in itself. The organizers truly understood the importance of food in understanding a culture, and they made sure we experienced it to the fullest. I want to extend my gratitude to the entire team at Intro Travel for curating an unforgettable adventure. This tour not only met but exceeded my expectations, leaving me with memories and friendships that will last a lifetime!

Ovinda went above and beyond as a tour ninja. As a tour ninja she always checked in on us and always went the extra mile to make sure we felt safe and comfortable at all times. As a friend she made sure we were having a blast trying so many new things and always encouraged open communication. Anywhere it was needed, she would provide accommodations as requested to ensure that we always remained comfortable and would always provide a listening ear. The tour could not have gone more smoothly and I truly had so much fun exploring Balinese culture and way of life knowing that I was always in safe and capable hands. When I had extra requests to do additional activities that were not outlined in the itinerary, she immediately booked them and never limited our options. I could not recommend Ovinda more and would 100% travel with her again!

Ikrar was an amazing tour guide and such a beautiful human being he was so welcoming, friendly and great craic. Everything was so well organised and he made Bali feel like home. Highly recommend the tour and will definitely be back🥰🙏🦋x
