Accommodation in Meiringen, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and Zermatt was very good. Breakfasts were ample and staff were friendly and helpful at each location. The walking tracks were interesting and well signed. Trip notes and maps were comprehensive and easy to follow. We really enjoyed our trip.

The trip was lovely. We didn’t feel like any day was too hard. Our accommodations each night were more than adequate, very quiet, welcoming and with an amazing spread for breakfast. We were able to find our way with a combination of the downloaded gpx files and watching for the orange arrows on the routes. The bicycles seemed to be brand new and worked great for us. Seeing 12th century churches and vineyards and rolling hills…priceless!

The walking and the scenery were breath taking. Every day yielded new views. It was a challenge to ascend each pass but the rewards were fantastic. The trip was challenging but within my capabilities.
