The tour was really amazing, we have a great time with this tour, got to see many things, well organized, our tour guy was exceptional (Jamie), he is very friendly, helpful, he took very good care for all of us, always smiling even when we messed up. We loved him so much & hope to be in the tour with him again. Our driver (Ishti) was also very professional on his driving, handling small streets in EU with a big bus smoothly. He took good care of our luggages and protected us from the crazy drivers on the streets of EU
Tour was amazing and well-prepared. Our tour guide, Ingeborg Anne and our driver Ivo Ferreira were excellent. They made sure we were all at ease. The sightseeing places were nice and we got the opportunity to have a glimpse of European culture. However, we should note that the hotels in Venice, Rome, Montecartini were atrocious. We were even stuck in an elevator in Rome hotel and no emergency help came even after pressing the alarm multiple times. We had to force open the door, lucky that no further harm had been done. Other hotels did not have properly working AC which made the heatwave even more untolerable. We also had terrible experiences for the included dinners at restaurants in Koblenz, Germany where the waiters were very rude and one even refused to give us our food. Our tour guide had to continuously pursue the waiter to serve the group our food but in vain. We finally had to leave the restaurant without dinner due to the terrible treatment. If not for these horrible hotel and restaurant experiences, this would have easily been a 5 star experience. We still enjoyed our trip, with our great group and amazing tour guide and driver. We shall look forward for a future experience with you. We will definitely share our great experience with others.
Amazing trip to te heel of Italy. Matera was my particular highlight, due in part to the passionate guide who enthralled us it her personal relationship with Matera. Trulli houses beautiful although Alberobello was not great. The train to Martina Franca was good. Lecce too was magnificent, I've never seen so many churches. A great trip.
