Born in Turin, where I have lived most of my life and where I studied Leisure & Tourism, once I graduated I felt the strong need to have an experience abroad. So I moved to London, where I perfected my English at Southgate College and eventually lived there for 5 years. Where I also collaborated with Ryanair as a ground and air hostess for two years, I must admit with grueling working hours! The emerald green of London, as well as the monarchy, have always fascinated me, even the rain has its own beauty! I started to love the Sunday Roast Beef lunch and afternoon tea times too! Histrionic but very attached to my roots, today I live in my beloved Umbria where my roots are and where I belong! I love nature, immersing myself in the woods, taking long walks refreshes me, but also spending entire afternoons in the various contemporary museums is very passionate to me!

I am originally from London, but after buying a house in Portugal about 20 years ago, I eventually decided to move here full-time 10 years ago. Soon after, I started a travel service providing tailor-made vacations. When I first started out, I wanted to make sure that I could meet some very demanding expectations. Initially, I focused only on the Algarve region, where I live, but then the focus was increased to all of Portugal. Later on, that focus was increased again to cover all of Spain and its islands. I had to make sure I was familiar with all of the regions and cities. Now, I can say I have travelled the entire Iberian Peninsula and have the experience to offer you a wonderful vacation, no matter your interests or requirements. I know the best hotels, apartments and villas to suit all budgets. The best tour guides. The best sights to see and experiences to do. And all the different transport options to fit all budgets.

I am an Italian with a real passion for my land. My love for different cultures led me to study foreign languages and I lived and worked in faraway countries. Afterward, I came home with a new way of looking at the beauty of my country. The deep cultural and historical heritage here has been a crossroads for ideas, cultures, and aesthetics for thousands of years. I wanted to contribute to enhancing this incredible heritage and that’s why I started working in the tourism industry in 2003. I am a licensed technical director of a travel agency, travel designer, certified sommelier, passionate foodie, and slow-food member! My friends say I'm also a good chef; my grandmother used to run an “Osteria.” Not a surprise that wine and gastronomic itineraries are my favorite ones! I love the philosophy of slow traveling, which offers a chance to create a real connection with places and people. I’m a 39-year-old professional in communication, design and tourism. I began my working adventure at 20 years old as a web designer. The experience I gained in the communication sector and my great passion for human relations led me to diversify my professional activity. My passion for travel has led me to discover the world of tourism, seen through the eyes of operators and travelers. This dual vision allows me to understand the needs of tourism operators in the planning phase and the needs of travelers. I started my career in the tourism sector as a tour leader. For several years, I accompanied and managed the logistics of travels abroad for Italian and French clients. Today, I work as a tour guide and mountain guide and I manage a local travel agency in Sicily.

I have always been traveling from a very young age. I grew up in Thessaloniki in Northern Greece and my first trip abroad was in a student exchange program in Italy, where I had the opportunity to stay with a local family. It was my first experience with people from a different culture and I loved everything about it. This opportunity also drove me to participate in volunteer programs around the world later on and learn about different cultures from the eyes of locals. Eventually, my admiration for travel led me to pursue a career in the tourism industry. With over a decade of experience, I love creating the perfect itinerary for all kinds of travelers to help make their trip memorable. Being a part of another culture as I travel to different parts of the world motivates me to explore new places and meet new people. Apart from traveling, I admire performing arts and spend my free time participating in theatrical performances.

I was born in Sicily and grew up on this beautiful island until I left for university. I went to Rome to study foreign languages and to earn a master’s in marketing and tourism planning. After 4 years of working at a Roman tour operator, I decided to come back to Sicily and to put into practice everything I had learned from my experience in Rome. I am in love with food, wine, nature, history and art. Sicily is absolutely infused with all of these components, and for me, it is just a big pleasure to share with my guests all my knowledge and secrets about the history of this beautiful island. I am really in love with Sicily and with my job. I love to meet new people from all around the world and have conversations about everything!

I was born in France and raised between the countryside and mountains, which is why I love proposing outdoor travel experiences to my guests when they discover France. Provence, the Southern Alps and the French Riviera are perfect illustrations of my approach: the Art de Vivre combined with the beauty of great outdoors! In 2007, I was given the opportunity to discover deep Laos while designing trekking paths along the Hô Chi Minh trails. Since then I have worked and lived in Ethiopia, Thailand, and Mali. My work has focused on ecotourism and travel. When I returned to France in 2013, I decided to make my dreams come true by creating my own local travel agency in a region I particularly loved. I then became a specialist in ecotourism and off-the-beaten-track tours in Southern France, and I love it!

Hi! I was born in Firenze, in the countryside of Tuscany, and spent my childhood in a medieval village called Castelfranco di Sopra, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. I have lived in Tuscany almost all my life, and it has become part of my soul. It’s a place I love and respect, and it never ceases to take my breath away. My dad has a small farm where we produce extra virgin olive oil and a little bit of wine. Since I was 7 or 8 years old, as an afternoon snack, I would eat with my grandmother and my mum a slice of bread totally drenched in red wine with sugar on top. So, it is no surprise that I love Tuscan food and wine! Although I attended art school in Florence, since my early 20s I have worked for a number of well-known travel agencies and tour operators. In 2013 I moved to Sydney. While working there, I had the opportunity to plan and lead many tours for English, American and Australian visitors. I loved leading tour groups and I still find great pleasure in introducing visitors to the hidden gems of a land that is so rich in history, culture, traditions, food, wine and the warm hospitality of the authentic Tuscan people. During my time working as a tour operator, I frequently observed the great enthusiasm visitors exhibited when they were provided with an opportunity to discover places off the beaten track that other tourists were completely unaware of. This gave me the idea of developing more customized and personal tours that offer a privileged few the chance to see the “real Tuscany” that is known only to the locals. Now, together with my wife Laura, I provide you with a memorable experience that showcases the very best of what Tuscany has to offer in a relaxed, informal and fun way.

I was born and raised in Rome, Italy. After university, I started working as a software designer in the air traffic control industry. Shift work allowed me to tour Italy and Europe extensively for 10 years. Then, I met a beautiful Canadian girl who became my wife and I moved to Canada. I founded Savour Italy in 2006, after taking a few of my new Canadian friends to tour my favourite vineyards in Italy. I also graduated from the Associazione Italiana Sommelier in Rome and became an instructor of food and wine at the Hospitality School of Algonquin College in Ottawa, where I now live and operate Savour Italy's headquarters from. My main passion is to talk about my country to travellers, either novices or experts, and to help people discover the less touristic attractions in Italy. I love for travellers to be fully immersed into the many traditions that make each region of Italy so special.

Ciao from Italy! My name is Enrico and I’m an Italian traveler-entrepreneur born and raised in Rome. A great passion for travel led me to co-found a tour company in 2009. At that time, I was already working in the travel industry in Taipei when I realized that there was a market for a company in Italy that showed travelers insider tracks, authentic experiences, and hidden gems that only locals know. So, I moved back to Italy to put my plan into action. My goal was to create unique and authentic Italy travel experiences without having to live in the country itself. I've visited many countries around the world and have seen many different types of travel experiences.
