We were really impressed with the organisation of the holiday, all the accommodation and the walks. We would definitely do this kind of holiday again as it felt like you saw so much more of Crete by waking from place to place.

The 3 main hikes were great. The Samaria Gorge, the coastal walk and the Zaros Gorge were excellent. We would have struggled with the logistics of doing them if we weren’t on an organised tour. There was just that one day as I mentioned earlier that another activity option would have been welcome .

Walks were great and a little more challenging than we had expected. Hotels were comfortable and always welcoming and the logistics worked perfectly. Weather was perfect but I would probably suggest May rather than June.
