The organizers of our trip must’ve known Spain very well because they chose very interesting cities to visit and also knew the best tours to take in each city. The itinerary was very well organized and properly balanced. And it was a pleasant surprise to be able to stay in each of the carefully chosen hotels in the various cities on the tour. Those hotels had excellent accommodations as well as European buffet breakfasts and usually also a nice restaurant and lounge to relax in in the evenings. At first I was concerned about how well we would be able to use the Spanish railroad system to go from city to city. But it was actually quite easy And I forgot how relaxing taking the train can be. It is much quieter than an airplane and it was always enjoyable to look at at the Spanish countryside rather than white knuckling ones way driving along unfamiliar roads. Basically it was very simple to order a taxi cab to get to the train station . Most of all in each of these wonderful cities we had a carefully chosen tour by a local tour agency that had been pre-scheduled as part of the overall travel package. All of the people we met were very nice and we made some good acquaintances along the way. I believe this is probably an excellent way to discover other countries and even to revisit them if one is not been back to Europe for a while.
It was a great, stress-free way to see parts of the country when I didn't have much time to go arrange things on my own. The guide was easy to understand and had interesting information.
This is an excellent tour! The tour operator knows the places inside out, starting from fabulous hotels eg Silken Ramblas in Barcelona and Riu Plaza in Madrid woww breathtaking views over the city and Greta vibe! Awesome sightseeing tours so much fun with the guides and learned a lot of history! Great flamenco show in Seville and Seville itself is unforgettable, beautiful architecture and incredible food recommendations. We returned from the trip and booked another trip to Italy, can’t wait!
