Climbing Kili has always been on my bucket list. Thanks to the professional service offered by the local tour company to make our trip unforgettable and safe. We slept at Crater Camp and my husband developed altitude sickness overnight, thanks to our guide Baraka, assistant guide Lucas, they monitored his progress constantly, so that we could summit and descend safely. One porter even injured himself when bringing food for resupply during bad weather. The whole team was trying to offer us the best of what they got and make our climb as comfortably as possible throughout the climb!

My friend and I have chosen the best provider for Kilimanjaro climb service. This is one of many tour operators who offer truly personal service. I was communicating with a manager named Ekaterina. She assisted us during the entire period of our staying in Tanzania. Also, she was very responsive to our requests and even helped us to collect and deliver our climbing equipment. The company team gave us the best climbing support. The head guide Rashid and his assistant Stephen are extremely helpful! We had team consists of 13 people for two of us!! We can't even imagine how many people would be with us. I've read on many forums that most of the tour operators provide only one guide for two people. Here you can feel absolutely safe and in good hands with head guide, his assistant, camp master, cooker, waiter and 8 porters. All these guys have controlled every aspect of our climbing! By the way, the company gave the information to Rashid that I had a birthday and cooker made for me a birthday cake. Summing it up, our climbing staff is treated so well. After then, we again felt we made the best choice with the tour operator.

My wife and I made a climbing with this tour operator in October 2015.When choosing the company for climbing Kilimanjaro we were also considering some more budget options, however eventually we were very happy that we were climbing with this company. The difference in pricing is visible on the Mount when you see how other climbers struggle compared to you. Starting from the airport the operator provided excellent services.My wife and I were taking a private 6 days climb via Umbwe route, our guides were very nice guys Victor and Haji. The trekking was very interesting, at first, we were going through rainforests, starting from the third day we witnessed the picturesque landscapes of the high altitude tundra, which were soon replaced by the unforgettable Lunar-Martian desert landscapes.The team was very professional! We did not expect such a level of service on the Mountain. The meals were really great, rich and varied. The guides were helpful and very caring they checked our medical condition twice a day using oxymeters and were checking our lungs and overall state of health. The tents and all the equipment was almost brand-new and we were sleeping on 3-inch thick matrasses!The final summiting night was the most memorable and mind-blowing experience. Our guides helped us to conquer the Uhuru peak successfully and escorted us inside the crater to see the Kilimanjaro glaciers. Thank you Victor and Haji! Thank you for making our Kilimanjaro dream come true!
