Scenery on a grand scale!our 2 tour leaders Our two tour leaders introduced themselves, and said that their aim was to give us the best holiday we had ever had. They succeeded ! Each day we found ourselves in the most awesome ( and I don't usually use that overused word!) grand scale landscape of desert and rocks, canyons and cacti. Walking in this scenery was the best way to appreciate it.
NATIONAL PARKS OF THE WEST This was definitely the holiday of a lifetime! Highlight after highlight as we covered 2,200 miles visiting some of America's most stunning national parks. Our young Californian guide Collin bubbled with enthusiasm and energy and looked after us brilliantly and it was a great group of fellow travellers, all keen to make the most of the opportunities on offer, including hiking, horse-riding, jeep tours and canyoneering.
NATIONAL PARKS OF THE WEST I think it's a privilege to have had the opportunity to visit and hike in these breathtakingly beautiful and awe-inspiring locations. An amazing trip that I really can't recommend highly enough.
