I was impressed with pre booking process with Alex from Eskapas. He customized the trip and he was very patient with us. We modified our itinerary many times and he answeres all of our questions. I was very confident that we had chosen the right tour company. The promptness with which we were greeted at Athens airport, and the pick-up and drop-off to the hotels and airport were impressive. We really liked all the hotels that were chosen for us. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.
Our visit to Greece was delightful, in part, certainly, due to the warm welcome of the people we encountered and to the beauty of the county. However, our journey was made easy due to the attention to detail of the Greeka organization. The islands were amazing! Each has its own beauty, but I loved Crete because there is so much to do and visit. The people who organized the trip were very nice and the pick up and drop off was on time. In Athens and Mykonos, we arrived 20-30 minutes before the pick-up time. The local representatives were very kind and made us feel welcome. The hotel was nice and comfortable, but the hotel in Santorini did not live up to our expectations. There was a plumbing problem in the bathroom and the room smelled very bad. The shower was tiny. Some suggestions for further improvement: Please provide more information on how to know when the ferry will arrive. Mykonos is so chaotic and the ferry loading so fast was stressful. We almost got the wrong ferry and there are very few people at the port who can provide information. Overall we had a great time. I am always grateful for your help!
