I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations, and Tamara played a significant role in making this trip unforgettable. From the moment we met Tamara, her passion for travel and love for Thailand was evident. Her deep knowledge of the country history, culture, and hidden gems truly enriched our journey. Her warm and friendly demeanor made everyone in the group feel like family, fostering a sense of camaraderie and making the entire experience even more memorable. Tamara organization skills were impressive. She ensured that all travel arrangements, accommodations, and activities were well-planned and executed flawlessly. Her attention to detail alleviated any stress, enabling us to focus fully on the experiences and create unforgettable memories. I cannot recommend Tamara enough as a travel tour leader. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine passion made this journey through Thailand an absolute delight. Thank you, Tamara, for showing us the true beauty of Thailand!
Eve & Peanut were professional and extremely helpful over the course of the tour. They were very knowledgeable and adapted plans well due to weather changes. They made sure all of us were safe and were available to answer any queries. Peanut in particular was a great help in supporting us when we witness/assist a man who was drowning on the beach. She ensured we were all ok after the event. And helped boost morale to ensure we all had the best time possible for the rest of the boat trip that day. I couldn't recommend Trutravels more.
Oneway and Scotty made us feel so welcome and looked after from the start. From the airport pick up where Scotty personally came to collect us, all through the tour 24/7 - we had an issue one night at one of the hotels where our lights tripped out and Scotty was happy to come and help us out and find someone to fix it at 1am! They were both so happy and pleasant to be around, they were not only our guides but they were good friends. They helped us with any questions we had about the Thai culture, getting a Thai SIM card, what food to order, what to expect to pay for things, where to buy things - you name it, and if they didn’t have the answer they would find out for us. Although the tour was based in some usually tourist party spots, which is not as much my thing, we didn’t feel pressured to drink or stay out if we didn’t want to. They just wanted us to have a good time and they always had something lined up for us next, be it a place to eat or drink etc. I noticed that none of the guests seemed to be favourited by the guides either and they were so friendly with everyone always making sure everyone was ok. The info we were giving was always clear and communicated when we were all together at a new hotel stay and then posted in our fb group chat so you could always reference back to it if you forgot. There are parts of the tour I understand they have no control over, like the public transport and times but they were very apologetic if we ever had a long wait or anything when they really didn’t need to be! Overall I loved the tour with Oneway and Scotty and I couldn’t have imagined just having one of them, they work so well together and both compliment each other’s personalities well.
