The organisation and information provided both in advance and on arrival was excellent. Quality of the accommodation and booked was as described and very good. Of the six evening meals we had pre-booked five were very good and one was awful. Our luggage was taken care of as expected and it was great to have access to our rooms early each day. Overall we were very pleased with UTracks and would use them again for a similar trip.

We did the self-guided Camino and they made the whole experience so streamlined and stress-free. Everything was organised for us and the service was excellent. Meals, accommodation, luggage transfer, information.....all perfect.

The service provided by the tour operator was excellent. I would book with the company again. Luggage was efficiently moved each day and transfers were timed quite well. My only critique would be that daily instructions might be too detailed. In some cases it would be good to just say follow the Camino markers until......... Accommodation was fantastic at almost each location.
