It was a Camino dream come true for us. Our guide, Jorge, was knowledgeable and a great communicator. Both he and our beloved driver, Miro, were kind, patient and accommodating. They became our friends. Jorge’s love of Spain and Miro’s love of Galicia were infectious! Our journey was full of joy, laughter, and pleasant surprises. We enjoyed traveling with our fellow pilgrims.

Weather could not dampen our spirits- incredible experience. Accommodation first class - certainly way above standard the star ratings implied. There are so many signs on the route absolutely no need to download GPs tracking or try to follow daily pace notes. Keen to do another Camino with UTracks.

This trip is perfect for people who want a moderate amount of exercise but may not be up for a big hike. Apart from the Camino walk, I enjoyed our late afternoon/evening walks at the various towns along the way. Denis, our guide, provided deep insights in to the history and culture of Portugal and I felt we were lucky to have such a knowledgeable, and patient, guide. I loved everything about Portugal and would return in a heartbeat! Just watch out for the delicious Portuguese tarts. They are addictive!
