I booked this trip as I wanted to be in Japan for the Autumn colours and it didn't disappoint. Mix the colour with the shrines, temples and culture of this amazing country and it made a for a great trip.
We just finished our Intro trip to Japan and it exceeded all our expectations. Our tour guide Jord was an absolute legend and his passion for travel, extensive knowledge of Japan, remarkable patience, and wild sense of humour made our experience truly unforgettable. Cant recommend Intro enough, especially if youre lucky enough to have Jord as your guide!
Considering this was Expat's first tour of Japan it was incredible. It is a jam packed tour which ticks all the boxes for Japan. We were lucky to have an expat tour guide and a local tour guide (who was always there to help when things got lost in translation). Jamie our tour guide was relaxed and always had a good story for the long bus rides. Even though it was the first tour things went smoothly (and Expat learnt the things that need to be tweaked for future tours). The hotels provide loads of toiletries and pyjamas. It is a very on the go tour but I enjoy having lots to do. I did the Hidden Hiroshima optional and enjoyed the experience, I am not a fan of oysters, however, the gardens and the Mitikiji Temple were fantastic experiences. The Dotonborri optional was also a great experience learning how to make Takoyaki. I took the bullet train back to Tokyo and enjoyed that experience as well. It was a great tour experience.
