This was a simply perfect trip from start to finish, with a group of experienced walkers and travellers, led by a charismatic guide, Xavier, through wild, remote places which appear frequently as the backdrop or subject of TV nature programmes. The vastness, emptiness and isolation of Patagonia has to be experienced to be understood - the feeling of standing on the side of a mountain range looking across hundreds of miles of wilderness and knowing there is no human there is incredible. We were fortunate to have as our Chilean guides on the W Trek, Polo, AnaĂŻs and Cristian who did a lot more than "guide", injecting a sense of fun even on some of the more tedious parts of the walks.

Schon vor meiner Abreise betreute mich Vera von Moser active schnell, freundlich und kompetent mit einer Vielzahl an relevanten und nützlichen Informationen. Bei meiner Ankunft in Puerto Natales setzte sich dieser durchweg positive Eindruck fort (beispielsweise als sich herausstellte dass meine Einreiseformalitäten seitens der chilenischen Grenzpolizei nicht korrekt durchgeführt worden waren, konnte mir Vera unkompliziert und erfolgreich helfen). Die O-Trek Trekkingtour war für mich ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. Eine besondere Faszination kommt durch die Vielzahl der durchwanderten Landschaftsformen von Pampa, Wald, Gebirge und Gletschereis zustande. Insbesondere hat mich der weniger frequentiert Teil des Parks der hier durchwandert wird begeistert. Karla und Carlos von Moser active betreuten uns perfekt während der Wandertage. Neben einem Großteil unseres Gepäcks wurde uns auch jegliche organisatorische Arbeit in den Camps abgenommen. Somit konnten wir uns voll auf das Erleben konzentrieren. Der O-Trek um die Torres del Paine ist eine definitive Empfehlung. Wer es gut organisiert mag ist bei Moser active an der richtigen Adresse. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage!

We are just back from our W-Trek in Torres del Paine, Chile. Victoria had organized everything for us starting with all transportation, and accommodation before and after the Trek (we started from and returned to El Calafate, Argentina), and arranged everything for the W-Trek even though we were late in initiating it (were we lucky Victoria found a way to make it happen!). We had a wonderful trek through a beautiful country. It is awesome to not have to do our own arranging and to have every detail taken care of! The accommodations in Puerto Natales (Aquaterra Hotel and the Francis Drake Hostel), were both very clean, and quiet, had lovely hosts, and were very close to excellent restaurants!
