Would definitely recommend to others Vanessa was our guide and she was one of the best guides I have had. Her English is great and interacted with us with no problems. We had a small group of 4, it made the experience even better. We all got along great. Stop were adjusted as needed because it was a rainy day, but we saw and walked much of the very colorful and amazing hills of Valparaiso. Went to Vina del Mar for such as the Castle of the Sea, offering great views and really good food. Made a couple of stop around after lunch and then headed to a winery in the Casablanca valley. Price was great for being all day, covering all the tolls, parking and stops. Only extra was lunch, souvenirs, and if you wanted a wine tasting, it was extra. Go and hopefully you get Vanessa.
This is an excellent company. Jaimie ended up customizing a fit for purpose tour for me. This was important as I am on the wheelchair. This really helped make our stay in Chile enjoyable after some initial confusion. I highly recommend Jaimie. He customized tours according to your needs. Especially those on the wheelchair Jaimie will go out of his way to make sure you have what you need and personally directs the tour.
The tour company left a message at our hotel telling us what time they would pick us up the next day. They were exactly on time which was great. Our tour guide (Frank) was absolutely wonderful. So informative and he spoke english and spanish so well. I liked the fact there were only about 7 or 8 in our group too. It meant you had no trouble hearing what was being said. The walking tour of Valparaiso was a great way to see the place and if there was anything anyone in the group particularly wanted to look at it wasn't a problem. Lunch was at your own cost but it was a great restaurant that was chosen with wonderful views of Valparaiso. Visiting Vina Del Mar was good also and finishing the tour with a wine tasting in the Casablanca Valley was the perfect end to the day.
