Fantastic day out with our tour guide Frank and driver Jamie. Very informative and personal approach to the tour giving us insight of both the outer suburbs of Santiago, the countryside and and its inhabitants. Frank (having lived in both USA and South America) has a great understanding of both cultures which allowed him to engage with everyone on the tour almost seamlessly. Our driver Jamie was incredibly knowledgeable of the roads and terrain and got us there and back without a hitch. The roads heading through the canyon do get tenuous but we felt safe in his hands. All the most the scenery was breathtaking! All round great day and a highlight of our visit to Santiago.

Probably how these expeditions work, but I found the trip quite memorable - the right balance of getting to know and learn about wildlife, marine flora fauna, geology, history & geography, culture of the people in the ship, and adventure with fun. Cherishing every moment here. Not only had the best times in exploring the unknowns but also found the time to reflect within.

Torres del Paine, located in the heart of Chilean Patagonia, is a place that defies description. My recent trip to this natural wonderland was an adventure of a lifetime, a journey that left me awe-inspired, humbled, and deeply connected to the natural world. The park offers a multitude of hiking trails, each showcasing a different facet of its diverse ecosystem. From easy strolls to challenging treks, there's something for everyone. We explored trails like the W Trek and French Valley, which led us through ancient forests, past azure lakes, and up to panoramic viewpoints. The chance to spot guanacos, foxes, and condors added a unique dimension to our hikes. Amazing experience, if you have the the opportunity you must do it.
