We were so impressed with out tour operator team. True professionals with a high level of formal education in their various fields. Most were university graduates. They were so gifted in their areas of expertise and every single team member was helpful and kind. Being older clients we appreciated their assistance and they made us feel respected. We had a beautiful excursion to see the penguins which was super well organised once it got going. The port police had closed the port in the morning due to the weather but the operator managed to have space for everyone in the late afternoon. It would have been nice to have been given a meeting point at the jetty as this would have saved those of us going to Puerto Natales the same day a few hours of time.

So many incredible tings to experience on this 4 day trip! The landscapes were unreal and Bamba did an excellent job organising the whole things. Also it was a great option being able to transfer to Atacama.
