Dear Marcela, Thank you for the email. I have already reviewed your company on the general site, will add comments to the forum too. I first learned about the company from the Internet - reviews and trip advisor. I decided to travel with you because of your promptness in response, ease of working, good customer service and a good price. Seamless experience - everything was flawless and we did not have to worry. My favorite hotel is Don Los Cerros at El Chalten - very nice hotel, luxurious, superb location and views, spa - hot tub, good service. The best excursion was to Laguna De los tres - amazing trek up - difficult but exhilarating - worth the effort once we reached the top. The trip was fabulous!

Having seen the Trango Towers on a K2 bae camp trek many years ago I always had an ambition to see the Torres del Paine and the didn't disappoint. Firzroy is also stunning.We were lucky with the weather which helped and all local guides were excellent.As said in other reviews Tomas our leader is a legend through his enthusiasm, knowledge and caring attitude. Would recommend.

Patagonia was lovely and went off without a hitch. Thank you for all you planning and support. Joe was great and we enjoyed our Buenos Aires tour very much. He is a wealth of knowledge and a great personality. The tango show was awesome too. All of the guides were fantastic, but we especially liked our guide in Ushuaia. We loved our time in Ushuaia overall (helicopter ride, penguins, canoeing on the lake). Our guide was great and we could spend a week there to do more hiking in the national forest. The resort (los coquenes) was also fantastic -- best of the trip and would recommend to anyone. Thank you again for a trip of a lifetime.
