A great trip offering a real variety of landscapes, wildlife, accommodation and experiences. The cycling was sufficiently challenging to feel we earned our pre-dinner cocktails and was a really enjoyable way to appreciate the rain forests, lakes and volcanoes. Plenty of time to relax as well. It was fun to feel part of a team and we were well supported by our guides and driver. 300 miles and 3 countries in 2 weeks feels like a real achievement with lots of good memories.

This was my third cycling holiday with Exodus. The time spent in Central America was simply fantastic from start to finish. I would certainly recommend this holiday. The cycling was super - lovely views, great bikes and good support from the guides (water, Gatorade, fruit and snacks all provided throughout the cycling). Away from the cycling, each day was varied with plenty of activities to suit every taste. The locations we visited were all interesting and the hotels all good quality with plenty of character.

Physically tough but worth all the sweat and sunburn to see such stunning scenery and wildlife by day, and recover over great food and beer each evening with fun, like-minded people.
