The Coast to Coast walk was a wonderful experience. It was a great way in which to see this beautiful part of England. Also, I can now say I've waked across a country.
This trip was so much fun! We had a fantastic group that formed into a family by the end of it, already planning our reunion trip! This trip is the perfect opportunity to get a glimpse of all of Europe and make you see where you want to go back to visit for longer another time. We had a lovely trip leader in Daisy and a wonderful driver Sean! Both absolutely amazing and great fun. Would definitely recommend this trip!
This walk was wonderful. The information provided by the company was excellent with detailed trip notes and information on how to find our accomodation each night. The accomodation hosts, which included B&Bs and hotels could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. We chose to use our own navigation apps which were Gaia and FarOut but this was personal preference so I am not able to comment on the GPX files provided. The walk and scenery was everything as promised and more. We walked through the Lakes District, Yorkshire Dales and Yorkshire Moors. Seeing the change in the landscape as we walked was very rewarding. Arriving at Robin Hoods Bay at the end of the walk brought a great sense of achievement and we celebrated with friends we had made along the way who were also walking the Coast to Coast.
