A good balance of walking in the countryside with visits to towns & cities for that cultural fix. The wine tasting was something I would not usually have done but I learnt from it & found it enjoyable

I love that we saw a lot and I didn't mind the walking. I love to eat and try different kinds of food and it's only healthy to walk/exercise after that. I love Antonio, our tour leader, who's been very patient, soft spoken, kind, fun and cool. He kept us all together and managed everything well. He tried so hard to make the Positano and Capri happen, we got our confirmation but then the weather was bad, so it's not his fault. We had a medical emergency, and he never left the couple even in the hospital. Mayra, his orientee, took over the group and has also been great since the beginning of the trip. She is sweet, patient, helpful and kind. She will be an amazing tour leader. Onorio, our driver was great! What a set of skills he has! And a sweet and caring man too! This is my second time with Expat and I have always been impressed with the skills of your drivers. He kept us all safe and gave us some bonus stops to take a great photo of some views! Amazing, wonderful crew!

We absolutely loved the trip. The walks were well guided, the movement from hotel to hotel was seamless and the hotels were lovely and accommodating. We would most certainly recommend this trip. I think the only thing I would like to do different is to stay extra days at some of the places, such as the gorgeous hotel outside Montereggioni - very relaxing - and another day at San Gimingnano as the town definitely deserves more time.
