Tour was amazing and well-prepared. Our tour guide, Ingeborg Anne and our driver Ivo Ferreira were excellent. They made sure we were all at ease. The sightseeing places were nice and we got the opportunity to have a glimpse of European culture. However, we should note that the hotels in Venice, Rome, Montecartini were atrocious. We were even stuck in an elevator in Rome hotel and no emergency help came even after pressing the alarm multiple times. We had to force open the door, lucky that no further harm had been done. Other hotels did not have properly working AC which made the heatwave even more untolerable. We also had terrible experiences for the included dinners at restaurants in Koblenz, Germany where the waiters were very rude and one even refused to give us our food. Our tour guide had to continuously pursue the waiter to serve the group our food but in vain. We finally had to leave the restaurant without dinner due to the terrible treatment. If not for these horrible hotel and restaurant experiences, this would have easily been a 5 star experience. We still enjoyed our trip, with our great group and amazing tour guide and driver. We shall look forward for a future experience with you. We will definitely share our great experience with others.

The guide was informative and showed his own interest in his subject which made it more enjoyable. We liked the background stories to the paintings and the chronological order he put the paintings in so we left feeling we had learned something.

My first time with expat and it didn't disappoint. Firo our guide was AMAZING!!! He kept us safe, on time and shared his passion and knowledge on all things Italy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The free days were perfect to explore independently or choose optional tours, this was great! We made many friends along the way, so much fun. Thankyou for making my Italy trip memorable. AMAZING!!!!!
