Pete is an excellent tour leader- the BEST ...his knowledge he so gladly share is awesome. He engaged with everyone on the coach. We appreciated it ! He makes plans to accommodate everyone and that is a difficult task ! Silvian is an excellent driver and we felt safe. He helped where he could if the group needed anything.....a person with great values.

Elisa was a great guide. The tour was a wonderful way to get acquainted with the city on our first day. The Gelato was delicious! I highly recommend this tour.

Overall good, but a few improvements

Overall an informative and enjoyable tour. Would not have been able to see so much in that time if done independently. Main negatives were: Tour was rushed due to Jos' attempts to get in front of rival tour groups at each venue, so not enough time to absorb info at Capuchin crypt for example. He also spoke really fast to convey the info so for ESL people it would have been difficult. We had to wait for 2 people who arrived at 2:14. Perhaps you should ask people to gather at 1:45 for 2pm start I suspect the rival tour companies would just do the same! Thanks for the small group numbers and nice vehicle
