.A very interesting and varied trip, taking in some superb towns and villages, with fascinating histories and dramatic or unique architecture The countryside is pleasant but not that interesting as it lacks great scenery. Accommodation was excellent and food often very unusual and tasty.

A great week of cycling in a mix of road, old tracks, villages and town. An opportunity to swim in the Ionian Sea and Adriatic. Great real local food. Usual high standard of the guide and his knowledge of the area

Our hotels and bags were always waiting for us at the end of a long walking day, and we stayed in a wide variety of places. There weren’t that many others walkers, which is what I prefer, rather than a crowded trail. The landscape and food was incomparable!
