This was my first Exodus holiday so I didn't quite know what to expect, but I couldn't have enjoyed it more. The walking was varied and excellent, the guide was wonderful, the other guests friendly and fun, and Mamma's cooking delicious. I would also recommend  Lucca where we had a great time on our free day.
Crampons were also used due to the snown conditions.

Magnificent in every way - some of the finest scenery in Europe. Variety of walks with an afternoon stop at an Alpine hut for refreshments. Comfortable accommodation with health spar and plenty of food. One small niggle, you had to buy a bottle of expensive wine rather than a glass of Hauswein.

My wife and I chose the tour operator to help us celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and it was a wonderful experience; no regrets at all. Our group consists of 45 travellers from all over the world and we couldn't have wanted a better Tour Leader and Driver than Antonio and Peter respectively. Antonio was very knowledgeable, engaging and the way he shared the historical facts about the locations made us eager to learn more. We were totally blown away when birthday singing and cake with candles were presented to Donald who was celebrating his birthday. My wife and I had our favourite love song (Shania Twain - You're Still The One) played on the bus for us. Later that evening, the celebration continued with more singing, cake cutting etc and a 25th Anniversary card presented from Antonio and Laura (an Expat Manager). We were so surprised and pleased. After a few days we were bonding like a true and loving family and all the praises go out to Antonio, Peter, Laura and Carl (owner who we met in Switzerland) and our other friends on the tour. We would do it all over again.
