Exceptional. This is the first time that we have used this company and we found the experience wonderful. The group size was perfect, great itinerary, activities better than expected, all enhanced by the enthusiastic group leader as well as the local guides.

This was a great tour to see the behind the scenes action of Venice. Giuseppina did a great job of pointing out places to go after the tour; restaurants to eat, shops to visit and places of interest. I wish the gondola ride was centered on the grand canal a bit more. We were actually on the grand canal for about 5 or 6 mins out of the entire 30 min ride. Maybe a different loading area would have been better.

This was a well organized event, with two very conscientious leaders. There were some slip ups, but nothing serious, and not the fault of the leaders. One was having no hotel in Trento when we arrived, but they found a very good one nearby before too long.
