Unforgettable Trekking Experience to Everest Base Camp This local travel specialist provided an exceptional trekking experience to Everest Base Camp. Their communication before the trek was excellent, ensuring that we were well-prepared for the journey ahead. Upon arriving in Kathmandu, we were warmly greeted by Mr. Bharat and transferred to our hotel. The flight from Kathmandu to Lukla was breathtaking and set the tone for an unforgettable trip. The trek to Namche and the rest day were well-planned, with a hike to Hotel Everest View that offered stunning views of Himalayas including Mt Everest and more. The highlight of the trek was undoubtedly the journey to Everest Base Camp and Kalapattar. The scenery was awe-inspiring, and the team ensured that we were safe and comfortable throughout the trek. We took a helicopter ride back to Kathmandu from Gorekshep and it was an adventure we will never forget. Our trekking guide Ram, and our porter Sanu were experienced and attentive, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable trekking experience.
Fantastic, incredibly varied off the beaten track teahouse trek Highly recommended. By far the most varied trek I've ever done and excellent for gradual acclimatisation. Starting from around 600m, the heat (30degC) and almost tropical lowland scenery was quite unexpected and we passed some beautifully quaint Nepali villages surrounded by terraced hillsides, padi fields and banana trees. The route follows the Buri Gandaki River Valley for the first week, which at times steepens and narrows to form a spectacular gorge with cascading waterfalls. You cross some amazing high suspension bridges over the river. As you climb gradually higher the vegetation changes to bamboo thickets, rhododendron and alpine forest and eventually you get above the treeline, where yak pastures, stark hillsides and snow-capped mountains dominate. The villages and people themselves also change as you near the Tibetan border. Crossing the Larke Pass (over 5000m) is a gradual ascent on undulating moraine the best mountain views are from the second summit (past the prayer flags) - save enough energy for the long descent!
great experience with stunning views For my Anapurna trek I chose this local operator and I would like to recommend this company to all further adventure seekers. Our guide, Dawa was an amazing guide, providing us with support and advice throughout the trek. He had a lot of knowledge of the Anapurna region and always made sure that we felt good and comfortable. I myself have never trekked before and was not sure if I could do it, but Dawa had faith in me so so did I. Dawa also carried my bag up to thorong la Pass, gave us an apple pie in Manang and was always up for a talk and a game. All in all, everything was well organised and the guide was worth all of the five stars.
